The Owner provides the content and services that are available on the Website, subject to these General Conditions of Use, as well as the policy on the processing of personal data (hereinafter, the "Data Protection Policy"). Access to this Website, or use thereof in any form, confers upon you the status of "User" and implies unreserved acceptance of each and every one of these General Conditions of Use, and the Owner reserves the right to modify them at any time. Consequently, it is the responsibility of all Users to carefully read the General Conditions of Use in force, each time they access this Website. Therefore, if you do not agree with any of the provisions herein, you should refrain from using this Website.

You are also advised that special conditions may be established, from time to time, for the use of specific content and/or services on the Website, and the use of such content or services shall imply acceptance of the special conditions specified therein.

5. Obligations and Responsibilities of the Website User

The User undertakes to:

Make proper and lawful use of the Website, as well as the contents and services, in accordance with: (i) the legislation applicable at any given time; (ii) the General Conditions of Use of the Website; (iii) the generally accepted morality and good customs and (iv) public order.

To provide all the means and technical requirements necessary to access the Website.

To provide truthful information when filling in with their personal data the forms contained on the Website, and to keep them updated at all times so that they respond, at all times, to the real situation of the User.

The User shall be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements he/she makes, and for the damages caused to the Owner or third parties for the information provided.

(ix) Constitutes any form of advertising.

(x) Includes any type of virus or program that prevents the normal functioning of the Website.

If you are provided with a password to access any of the services and/or contents of the Website, you undertake to use it diligently and to keep it secret at all times. Consequently, you will be responsible for its proper safekeeping and confidentiality, undertaking not to disclose it to third parties, either temporarily or permanently, or to allow third parties access to the aforementioned services and/or contents. Likewise, you are obliged to notify the Owner of any event that may involve the improper use of your password, such as, but not limited to, its theft, loss, or unauthorised access, in order to proceed to its immediate cancellation. 6. Responsibilities

The Owner does not guarantee continuous access, nor the correct viewing, downloading or use of the elements and information contained in the Owner's web pages, which may be impeded, hindered or interrupted by factors or circumstances beyond its control.

The Owner accepts no liability for any decisions that may be taken as a result of accessing the content or information provided.

The Owner may interrupt the service or immediately terminate the relationship with the User if it detects that a use of its Website, or any of the services offered on the same, are contrary to these General Conditions of Use.

The Owner shall not be liable for any damages, losses, claims or expenses arising from the use of the Website. It shall only be responsible for the removal, as soon as possible, of content that may cause such damage, provided that this is notified. In particular, it shall not be liable for any damages that may arise from, inter alia:

(iv) security or browsing errors caused by a malfunction of the browser or by the use of non-updated versions of the browser. The Owner's administrators reserve the right to withdraw, in whole or in part, any content or information present on the Website.

The Owner excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the misuse of the services that are freely available for Users of the Website to use. Likewise, the Holder is exonerated from any liability for any content and information that may be received as a result of the data collection forms, these being only for the provision of the services for consultations and queries. On the other hand, if damage is caused due to an illicit or incorrect use of these services, the User may be held liable by the Owner for the damages caused.

You shall defend, indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from and against any and all claims, legal actions or demands from third parties arising out of your access to or use of the Website. 9. Cookies

The Owner reserves the right to use "cookie" technology on the Website, in order to recognise you as a frequent User and to personalise your use of the Website by pre-selecting your language, or more personalised or specific content. 10. Duration and termination

12. Force majeure

The Owner shall not be liable at all in the event that it is impossible to provide the service, if this is due to prolonged interruptions of the electricity supply, telecommunications lines, social conflicts, strikes, rebellion, explosions, floods, acts and omissions of the Government and, in general, all cases of force majeure or fortuitous events.

13. Dispute resolution. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Conditions of Use, as well as the use of the Website, shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be settled in the Owner's courts.

If any provision of these General Conditions of Use turns out to be unenforceable or void under the applicable law, or as a result of a judicial or administrative decision, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these General Conditions of Use unenforceable or void as a whole. In such cases, the Owner shall amend or replace such a provision with one that is valid and enforceable, and that, insofar as possible, achieves the objective and intent reflected in the original provision.
